We offer two virtual memberships. The Essentials Package, which includes, a business address for mail or package delivery, and mail and package handling.

The Executive Package, which includes the following:

Me and team just loved the office and environment. It was so clean and tidy. Parking was Available on the street. Perry and Alanis were both amazing host. We will come by again in future 🙂 I wanted to bring my husband along for a day, Perry accommodated him for a day at no fees.

The rent is very reasonable, the environment is pleasant and the staff and other tenants are friendly. Other business centres charge hourly for meeting room space and charge extra for things like photocopying/printing. I also like that there is free two hour parking a block away so that my clients don't have to pay for parking.

I have been a member at the Stratus Office Space for over two years. For me the location is bullseye as I live about three blocks away, so walking is very convenient. The office space is modern, clean and has good equipment, such as printer and scanner and good sundries, such as coffee, tea, sugar and good cream. In close proximity are restaurants, etc. It is good value for the money. They always seem to hire good efficient representatives that are at the front desk and always helpful in assisting the members.. To quantify, I would give it a 5 out of 5.

Everything went very well. I rented the meeting office for two days. The space was very clean and welcoming. We used the screen for presentations and everything worked as it should. Thanks!
